In addition to my dad, Thomas D. Curry, in the 83rd Division, I had four uncles who served in WWII. From left to right: my dad's brother Sgt. James Curry (9th Air Force top gunner); my mom's brothers Leon Roueche (U.S. Coast Guard aboard the USS Wakefield), Mark Roueche (Navy Corpsman with 3rd Marines), T5 James (Ken) Roueche (C Battery, 277th Field Artillery Battalion).
